Yes, we offer tailored Master of Ceremonies services designed to elevate your event. From seamless announcements and engaging games to elegant introductions and personalized coordination, our MC services are available as an add-on to any DJ package for a supplemental fee.
We believe in crafting a truly personalized musical journey for every celebration. To achieve this, we collaborate closely with couples, inviting them to share their favorite playlists from platforms such as Spotify and YouTube. This allows us to understand their musical tastes and create a soundtrack that perfectly complements their event. We also understand the importance of avoiding certain songs or music genres , so we always request a 'Do Not Play' list. This ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience, tailored to the couple's vision and guaranteed to keep the dance floor energized.
We operate on an appointment-only basis. Our event calendar is open year-round; however, availability is subject to seasonal demand and existing reservations. We encourage you to contact us at your earliest convenience to secure your preferred date. We will gladly review our schedule and discuss your event details.
We dedicate our full attention to each event, ensuring exceptional service and a truly personalized experience. Therefore, we operate on a one-event-per-day policy. This allows us to deliver our utmost commitment, energy, and meticulous preparation, guaranteeing your celebration receives our undivided focus.
Our service agreement provide a comprehensive breakdown of all included services within your selected package, ensuring complete transparency. The only potential additional fees that may apply are for travel costs, calculated based on the event location, and for any extension of the event beyond the contracted time, charged at a rate of $100 per additional hour. All such potential fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in advance.

We've got tricks up our sleeves – think familiar bangers to get people humming, fun group dances to break the ice, and knowing when to nudge people onto the floor. The invisible art of reading the room and the guests plays a huge role here. If a DJ is only relying on 'good music and hope, they are missing the point. We're here to engage with the guests and to make sure everyone has a blast, even the shy ones.

When it comes to DJing for charity events, we fully believe in using our skills and services to give back to the community and enhance local culture through music. However, DJing for free is a rare exception, reserved for fundraisers or events that genuinely support a meaningful cause. If your event is raising money for something truly impactful, we're open to discussing how we can contribute to making it a success. Our goal is to help create an unforgettable atmosphere while ensuring that the DJ and the clients time, efforts, and expertise are valued. Weddings and similar private celebrations, while joyous occasions, do not fall within this category.
We also believe in the power of bartering—if monetary compensation isn’t feasible, we can explore other ways to make the arrangement mutually beneficial. Whether it’s an exchange of services, promotional opportunities, or other creative solutions, we're willing to work something out that respects the contributions of both parties. Ultimately, we want to help elevate events that bring people together for a good cause while maintaining a fair and balanced approach to our work.
We understand the importance of a timely and professional setup. For most events, we allocate a minimum of one hour for setup prior to the event's start. Wedding setups, due to their complexity, can require two hours. Teardown is typically completed within 30 to 45 minutes. These setup and teardown times are integrated into the overall package, ensuring a seamless experience for you.
Life happens, and sometimes events need to be rescheduled or cancelled. We're here to help navigate those situations and will strive to provide a reasonable refund or re-scheduling based on the circumstances. We believe in open communication and finding solutions that work for everyone. While Utah doesn't mandate liability insurance specifically for mobile DJ businesses, many venues and event organizers will require DJs or other live entertainment services to have general liability insurance to cover potential accidents or damages. In Utah it does not happen often but we can provide you with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) as proof of our coverage, should your venue require it. This document will clearly outline our policy details and coverage limits.
Technology can be unpredictable. Reliability is paramount. We maintain backup systems and gear, including redundant speakers, microphones, and multiple digital music sources. This ensures a seamless performance, even in the event of an unexpected technical challenge. Except for power outages, we usually have a contingency plan to address any potential equipment malfunctions swiftly and effectively.
